La Fontaine des Valades, located 15 km from Bergerac, historical town and 3 km from Issigeac, medieval village with its famous Sunday morning market and a lot of activities, is a beautiful périgourdine house set in an idyllic landscape of 3000 m2 with its panoramic terrace and a private swimming pool with accommodation for six persons.
The gite is made of a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen of 51 m2 on the ground floor, a bedroom 22.50 m2 (2 beds 0.90) on the first floor and 2 bedrooms 20.20 m2 and 27 m2 (beds 1.60), 2 shower rooms, toilets, 1 guest toilet on the garden level.

Sheets and towels provided (except swimming pool towels), TV, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, micro-wave, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, all kitchen utensils, dish washer, washing machine, ironing, hair dryer, garden furnitures, decks, barbecue, parking.
Rates & Availability
Rentals from the beginning of June to the end of September. Rates according to the rental period. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
